Gerry Miller built Gem’s Carpet Cleaning Plus, L.L.C. from the ground up in 1998 to serve his community with top quality cleaning services. After helping a friend run their small carpet cleaning business for a year, Gerry had the vision to start his own operation. So, he set out across Pontiac, IL and quickly made a reputation based on honesty, hard work, and problem solving. Gerry was very nice & knowledgable, you can tell he cares, he had us on the schedule for the Friday of that week! When Luke & his partner showed up to clean the carpets they were very professional, explained all they were doing and moved quickly! The carpet looked next to brand new, the VERY tough stains are almost completely gone. When Gerry called later to ask how everything went he gave a helpful tip on how to get them out the rest of the way! Gerry & the guys were great & i will definitely use them again in any future needs!
